Daniel's journey in leadership began at age 15, when he started mentoring juniors and handling teams in schools and colleges. His innate ability to connect with people and develop their potential led him to transform individuals into confident, capable leaders.
With extensive experience in education and three years of training children in emotional intelligence, Daniel recognized a critical gap in Indian corporate structures—a lack of emotionally intelligent leadership and connected workplace cultures.
This insight sparked the creation of EmpathEI Leadership Institute, a platform dedicated to bringing emotional intelligence and high-trust cultures to organizations across India.
